Сравнительный анализ клинико-социальных характеристик подростков, страдающих умственной отсталостью легкой и умеренной степени

Abstract

В статье представлены данные клинического и клинико-катамнестического исследования 112 подростков 13-18 лет, страдающих умственной отсталостью легкой и умеренной степени. Установлена высокая частота различных вариантов осложненных форм умственной отсталости (неврозоподобных, психопатоподобных, церебрастенических, речевых расстройств, двигательной расторможенности) у подростков обоего пола, выявлены особенности соотношения отдельных вариантов осложненной умственной отсталости в зависимости от степени интеллектуальной недостаточности, как у юношей, так и у девушек. Проведен анализ влияния некоторых социально-средовых факторов (количество детей в родительских семьях обследованных, состав семьи, социально-бытовые условия проживания) на возможность формирования осложненных форм умственной отсталости и соотношения различных ее вариантов у подростков обоего пола. На основании полученных данных предложена модель по оптимизации взаимодействия участников коррекционного процесса в школе-интернате.

The article presents the clinical data and clinical follow-up study of 112 adolescents 13-18 years old, suffering from mental retardation, mild to moderate degree. The high frequency of different variants of complicated forms of mental retardation (neurosis, psychopathic, speech disorders, motor disinhibition) in adolescents of both sexes, the peculiarities of the relation of individual variants of complicated mental retardation, depending on the degree of mental deficiency, as the boys and girls. The influence of some socio-environmental factors (number of children in families surveyed, family, social and living conditions of residence) on the possibility of the formation of complicated forms of mental retardation and the relation of its various options for adolescents of both sexes. Based on these data, a model to optimize the interaction between participants in the correctional process in a boarding school.
