Некоторые аспекты денежных переводов мигрантов

Abstract

The article is devoted to questions of money transfers of individuals between Russia and the EU, and Russia and the CIS countries. Cash flows between countries are increasing every year, and every year the flow of remittances play an increasing role. The author identified the EU and CIS countries, where there is the greatest activity of individuals in financial transactions with the Russian Federation based on data from the Bank of Russia. The article analyses of the number of transactions and volume of remittances. It is shown that the transfer of funds by individuals closely linked to migration flows. In article the role of money transfer and electronic payment systems used by individuals for transfers between countries. It is increasing every year. Particular attention is paid to the problems in the area of unregistered migrants, and, therefore, hidden money transfers.

В статье рассматриваются вопросы, связанные с денежными переводами физических лиц между РФ и ЕС, и РФ и странами СНГ. Потоки денежных средств между странами увеличиваются ежегодно, и с каждым годом все большую роль в этом потоке играют денежные переводы мигрантов. На основе данных Банка России выявлены страны ЕС и страны СНГ, в которых отмечается наибольшая активность физических лиц в финансовых операциях с РФ. Проведен анализ количества операций и объемов денежных переводов. Показано, что переводы денежных средств физическими лицами тесным образом связаны с миграционными потоками. Выявлена все возрастающая роль систем денежных переводов и электронных платежных систем, используемых физическими лицами для переводов между странами. Особое внимание уделено проблемам в области учета нелегальных мигрантов, а следовательно, и нелегальных переводов денежных средств.
