Abstract

Исследовано влияние наноразмерных конденсатов нитридов титана и гафния на подложку из натуральной кожи.Установлено, что что состав конденсата – соотношение нитридов титана и гафния зависит от технологических факторов. Полученная структура жесткая, малопроницаемая и отслаивающаяся.The effect of nano-sized titanium nitride condensates and hafnium on a substrate made of natural kozhi.Ustanovleno that the composition of the condensate the ratio of titanium nitride and hafnium depends on technological factors. The structure is hard, tight and flaky.
