The aim of the research was to study the influence of the method of chronomagnetotherapy (complex «Multimag») on the parameters of quality of life (QOL) in patients with ankylosing spondylitis (AS). QOL of patients AC studied using a common questionnaire Short Form 36-item Health Status Questionnaire (SF-36). Patients of the control group receiving a course of general magnetotherapy in outpatient conditions, it was noted a significant increase in the indicators reflecting the physical health component. In the group of patients receiving standard sanatorium treatment (group of comparison), significant increase of scales characterizing the mental health component. Positive dynamics in all scales of the questionnaire is most expressed in patients of the main group receiving sessions of general magnetotherapy in sanatorium-resort conditions. The inclusion of a general magnetic therapy in the complex of conventional methods of sanatorium-resort treatment of the patients speakers more justified than a separate use of these methods, so positively affects all parameters of quality of life, improving the condition of both physical and mental spheres of life.

Целью исследования являлось изучение влияния метода хрономагнитотерапии (комплекс «Мультимаг») на параметры качества жизни (КЖ) у больных анкилозирующим спондилитом (АС). КЖ больных АС изучали с помощью общего опросника Short Form 36-item Health Status Questionnaire (SF-36). У больных контрольной группы, получавших курс общей магнитотерапии в амбулаторных условиях, было отмечено достоверное повышение показателей, отражающих физический компонент здоровья. В группе больных, получавших стандартное санаторно-курортное лечение (группа сравнения), отмечалось достоверное повышение значений шкал, характеризующих психический компонент здоровья. Положительная динамика показателей всех шкал опросника наиболее выражена у пациентов основной группы, получавших сеансы общей магнитотерапии в санаторно-курортных условиях. Включение общей магнитотерапии в комплекс общепринятых методов санаторно-курортного лечения больных АС более оправдано, чем раздельное применение этих методов, так положительно влияет на все параметры КЖ, улучшая состояние как физической, так и психической сферы жизнедеятельности.
