Пути становления контактности в большой группе

Abstract

Th e article is devoted to theoretical study of large group contact establishment process, provided that such a group is neither an accidental gathering of people, nor a crowd, nor an audience but is created for completing specifi c tasks, connected with interaction, education or self-development. To determine such a specifi c group we off er to use the term а large contact group. Self-organization phenomenon is an essential mechanism of group subject establishment. Spontaneity is shown to be a specifi c factor facilitating self-organization process. Accordingly, based on spontaneous-structured interaction process a specifi c way of psychological assistance in group self-organization was proposed. Th e stages of contact establishment process detected during group contact establishment technique approbation are also presented.

В статье приведены результаты теоретического анализа становления контактности в больших группах, не являющихся случайным скоплением людей или аудиторией, а созданных для реализации определенных задач, связанных с взаимодействием, обучением или саморазвитием. Для обозначения таких специфических групп предлагается использовать термин «большая контактная группа». Показано, что одним из специфических факторов, способствующим самоорганизации большой контактной группы, является наличие стихийности. Предложен путь психологической помощи в групповой самоорганизации. Представлены этапы становления этого процесса, выявленные на основе апробации методики становления контактности такой группы.
