Abstract

The structure of rat hypodermic tissues after administration of silicone mammary implant environment, and also lymph nodes (LN), regional to an operation place, in the conditions of treatment by Interleukin (IL-2) was investigated by methods of light microscopy. It was revealed that hypodermic implantation to rats of sterile silicone induces chronic granulomatous inflammatory process with formation of capsule from connective tissue. The implantation with application of IL-2 promotes to forming thicker capsule with signs of sclerosis, fibrosis and gialinosis, all capsular structures were plentifully infiltrated by macrophages, which contained of phagocytized silicone. After silicone implantation the volume of a capsule and a connective tissues in regional LN progressively increases, after influence of IL-2 the expressiveness of sclerous processes is statistically less. The relative area of lymphoid nodules without germinative centres on LN section in 1 month after induction of chronic inflammatory process in the conditions of treatment ИЛ-2 is increased, but in 6 months the percent of nodules with or without centres becomes less, concerning even of the initial data.
