Abstract

Исследование посвящено изучению особенностей психосоматических взаимоотношений во время беременности у женщин со смешанными тревожными и депрессивными расстройствами в условиях социально-экономической нестабильности. Военные действия, социальная и бытовая необустроенность, отсутствие специализированной медицинской помощи, страх за свою жизнь и за будущего ребенка приводят к формированию аффективных нарушений у беременных женщин. В условиях социально-экономической нестабильности выявлена высокая частота возникновения угрозы прерывания беременности и осложнения родовой деятельности беременных женщин со смешанными тревожными и депрессивными расстройствами.

The article presents studying the features of psychosomatic relations in pregnancy of women with mixed anxiety and depressive disorders in social and economic instability. Military actions, lack of necessary social and home facilities, absence of specialized medical treatment, fear for own life and future baby lead to forming affective disorders in pregnant women. High frequency of foetus wastage and complications of uterine contractions at pregnant women with anxiety and depressive disorders are detected in conditions of social and economic instability.
