Анализ налоговой нагрузки в нефтяной отрасли в разрезе крупнейших российских и иностранных нефтяных компаний

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются результаты анализа налоговой нагрузки компаний нефтяного сектора России и иностранных нефтяных компаний. Тенденции в динамике налоговой нагрузки в целом и отдельных налогов и сборов российских и иностранных нефтяных компаний анализируются с точки зрения влияния на них таких факторов, как ставки налогов и сборов, объемы добычи нефтяного эквивалента, объемы экспорта, финансовые результаты деятельности компаний и т. п. Сравнение компаний нефтяного сектора России и иностранных нефтяных компаний проводится по показателям общей налоговой нагрузки, доли налогов в выручке, налоговой нагрузки на баррель добычи налогового эквивалента.

The article focuses on the results of the tax pressure analysis for Russian and foreign large oil companies. Trends in the dynamics of general tax payments and certain kinds of tax payments by Russian and foreign companies in the oil industry are analyzed from the point of view of influence of such factors as tax rates, production and export volumes, financial results, etc. Comparison of general tax pressure, the share of taxes in revenue, the tax payments for a barrel of tax equivalent and other parameters is carried out.
