Проблемы защиты прав миноритарных акционеров на российском фондовом рынке

Abstract

The article deals with the increase of efficiency of protection of the minority shareholders’ rights in the Russian stock market. The article’s purpose is to develop measures aimed at creation of a system of effective protection of the minority shareholders’ rights. The author considers the main variants of illegal actions against the minority shareholders, and also suggests the ways of their rights protection in order to increase the investment appeal of the Russian financial market in general.

Статья посвящена проблемам повышения эффективности защиты прав миноритарных акционеров на российском фондовом рынке. Цель статьи разработка мер по созданию системы эффективной защиты прав миноритарных акционеров. В статье рассматриваются основные варианты противоправных действий против миноритарных акционеров, а также предлагаются способы защиты их прав с целью повышения инвестиционной привлекательности российского финансового рынка в целом.
