Abstract

The article considers the peculiarities of realization of production self-management on the example of the closed joint-stock company of workers (public enterprise). To remove the social tensions in Russian society caused by its property stratification, compensation schemes must be implemented in relation to social groups deprived, following privatization, the possibility of generating income from the ownership of assets of enterprises.
