The article is intended to demonstrate, through the critical reconstruction of the antinomy of judgment, discussed in the second part of Kant's Critique of the power of judgment, that the solution of that antinomy, proposed by Immanuel Kant, can be successfully used for explaining certain philosophical and methodological aspects of the process of scientific inquiry.

В статье на основании критической реконструкции антиномии способности суждения, анализу которой посвящена вторая часть «Критики способности суждения» И. Канта, демонстрируется, что предложенное им ее решение имеет важное философско-методологическое значение для разъяснения процесса научного познания.
