The article stresses the importance of assessing the quality of physical culture and sports services in the management system of physical culture and sports organizations of all forms of ownership and departmental affiliation. The author suggests a methodology for assessing the quality which allows using it in a system of voluntary certification of physical culture and sports services.

В статье подчеркивается важность оценки качества физкультурно-спортивных услуг в системе управления физкультурными и спортивными организациями всех форм собственности и ведомственной принадлежности. Предложена методика оценки качества, позволяющая использовать ее в системе добровольной сертификации физкультурно-спортивных услуг.
