Abstract

Получен аналог углеродной однонаправленной ленты УОЛ-300-2 с использованием углеродных нитей TOHO TENAX 3К. Отработаны технологические режимы получения препрегов на основе аналога ленты УОЛ-300-2 с применением растворного эпоксидного связующего ЭДТ-69Н. Проведенный химический анализ выявил высокое качество препрега. Физико-механические испытания показали, что образцы ПКМ на основе «аналог УОЛ-300-2» + «ЭДТ-69Н» обладают высокой стабильностью прочностных свойств

An analogue of unidirectional carbon ribbon UOL-300-2, using the carbon fibers TOHO TENAX 3K, have been obtained. Technological regimes of prepregs based on an analogue ribbon UOL-300-2 using distribution mortar epoxy binder EDT-69N, have been made. Chemical analysis revealed the high quality of the prepreg. Physic mechanical tests showed that samples of PCM based on «analogue UOL-300-2» + «EDT-69N» have high stability strength properties
