Определение гарантированной цены сахарной свеклы как важный элемент совершенствования механизма эффективного функционирования свеклосахарного подкомплекса

Abstract

В статье раскрыты сложившиеся формы взаимодействия между свеклосеющими хозяйствами и сахарными заводами. Изложены мнения ученых о необходимости перехода на денежную форму расчетов в свеклосахарном подкомплексе АПК. Сделан вывод о том, что совершенствование механизма эффективного функционирования свеклосахарного подкомплекса АПК страны должно быть основано на формировании сбалансированных взаимоотношений его участников в результате заключения долгосрочных контрактов. Рассчитана гарантированная цена 1 т сахарной свеклы фабричной, учитывающая сахаристость свеклы, размер потерь сырья и сахара и уровень цены 1т сахара.
