Abstract

Changes in Article 15 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation brought by the Federal Law No. 420-ФЗ of the Russian Federation dated of December 7, 2011, according to which the court can change crime grade from the view of criminal procedure, are considered in the article.

Рассмотрены изменения, внесенные в ст. 15 УК РФ Федеральным законом от 7 декабря 2011 г. № 420-ФЗ, в соответствии с которыми суд может изменить категорию преступлений, с точки зрения уголовного судопроизводства.
