
В статье рассматриваются проблемы применения следователями органов внутренних дел преюдиции в досудебном производстве по делам о преступлениях в сфере экономической деятельности, а также анализируются причины изменения процессуальной регламентации преюдиции в уголовном судопроизводстве, условия, пределы и порядок ее применения по делам о преступлениях указанной категории.
The paper considers the issues of application by internal affairs agencies of prejudication as a part of pretrial procedure of economic crimes as well as assesses the reasons of adjustments of protocol regulation as a part of criminal proceeding, conditions, limits and the protocol of it for economic crimes.
