Abstract

Статья посвящена проблеме становления системы государственного регулирования ввоза товаров физическими лицами для некоммерческих целей в странах дальнего и ближнего зарубежья. Анализируется современная практика трансграничного перемещения товаров физическими лицами по регионам мира. Выявлены главные принципы построения государственной политики в данной сфере в отдельных странах.

The article is devoted to the problem of the system of state regulation of the individual import development in the far and near abroad. The modern practice of transboundary transition of goods by individuals in different regions of the world is analyzed. The main principles of organizing the state policy in this sphere in separate countries are discovered.
