Abstract

Цель: научное обоснование расчетной потребности в должностях врачей отдельных специальностей для детской городской поликлиники. Материал и методы. Проведен анализ 19 руководящих документов федерального и регионального уровня за период с 1992 по 2012 г., 8 официальных отчетных форм по обращаемости детского населения за медицинской помощью в амбулаторно-поликлиническое учреждение г. Красноармейска Московской области. Результаты. Расчетная численность врачебных должностей на 10000 детского населения составит для специальности педиатр 9,0; дерматолог — 0,25; невропатолог — 0,75; оториноляринголог — 1,0; офтальмолог — 0,75; хирург — 0,5. Заключение. Полученные результаты целесообразно использовать при планировании и организации медико-санитарной помощи детскому населению.

Aim: scientific substantiation of the estimated demand for doctors in certain specialties for city children's polyclinic. Material and methods: the analysis of 19 the governing documents of the Federal and regional level for the period from 1992 to 2012, 8 official reporting forms for the referral of the child population for medical care in outpatient clinics of Krasnoarmeysk, Moscow region. Results. The calculated number of medical staff per 10,000 children's population will reach for the specialty pediatrician 9,0; dermatologist — 0,25; neurologist — 0,75; otorhynolaryngologist— 1,0; ophthalmologist — 0,75; surgeon to 0,5. Conclusion. The obtained results should be used in the planning and organization of health care child population.
