Abstract

The paper presents data of literature and the results of its own studies on the role of herpes infection in causing the pathology of the women’s reproductive system, about the clinics, Diagnostics, condition of the immune system, evaluate the effectiveness of existing methods of treatment of this pathology. A justification of immunocorrective therapy for infectious and inflammatory diseases of female genital organs, justification of a choice of immunomodulators for complex treatment of a herpetic infection are carried out. The best immunomodulâtors are synthetic analogues of inosine, one of which is the drug Groprinosin. Reviewed the mechanisms of influence of this drug and its clinical efficacy in combination with application of acyclic nucleosides and vakcinoterapii.
