Качество подготовки агломерационной шихты к спеканию в условиях ОАО «Уральская Сталь»

Abstract

Выполнен анализ условий работы и показателей агломерационного производства в условиях ОАО «Уральская Сталь». Проанализированы условия подготовки агломерационной шихты к спеканию. Установлены основные технические и технологические факторы, ограничивающие показатели агломерационного производства. Предложены направления совершенствования технологии подготовки шихты к спеканию в условиях ОАО «Уральская Сталь». В условиях лимита материальных ресурсов на техническое перевооружение особое внимание следует уделять совершенствованию технологии подготовки агломерационной шихты за счет таких направлений, как оптимизация гранулометрического состава и расхода обожженной извести, а также улучшение связующих свойств воды, подаваемой при увлажнении, за счет добавок поверхностно-активных веществ.
