Abstract

The basic reason for gestosis is endothelium dysfunction, so diagnosis of specific changes of hemostasis might reveal the pre-clinical forms of disease. Results of examination of 152 women with different forms of gestosis were included into the study. Increasing velocity of spontaneous blood aggregation (in 2,4 times) and intensity of contact coagulation phase (in 9 times) was shown in women, having gestosis in comparison with healthy pregnant women. It is supposed that such changes of angio-thrombocyte hemostasis to be an early indicator of endothelium disfunction, and therefore, to ensure a timely provided assistance.
