Флокуляция дисперсных систем TiO 2-SiO 2 полимер-неорганическими гибридами

Abstract

В режиме свободного (нестесненного) оседания изучены процессы флокуляции смеси двух модельных дисперсных систем суспензии диоксида титана (анатаз) и суспензии диоксида кремния при дозированном введении анионных сополимеров акриламида с высокой молекулярной массой (M>3,6·10 6) и с различной концентрацией ионогенных звеньев β. Отмечена наибольшая эффективность флокулообразования в дисперсной системе с участием полимер-неорганических гибридов по сравнению с индивидуальными анионными полиакриламидными флокулянтами, так как наличие в гибридной системе неорганической составляющей в виде Al(OH) 3 действует как синергическая добавка. Установлена взаимосвязь между стадией флокуляции и уплотнения осадков.
