Abstract

Structural changes in the domestic economy, its orientation to the innovation type of development, involvement of Russia in the processes of informatisation and globalisation require greater attention to the problems of adaptation of staff management systems to the behaviour of socio-economic and cultural spheres of society"s activity, which have an effect on conditions and aims of economic subjects" management. This dictates the necessity of the system approach to research of factors determining prospects of the most complete using of labour resources as well as of re-orientation of objective socio-economic processes to the development of staff potential and enhancement of labour efficiency.

Структурные изменения в отечественной экономике, ее ориентация на инновационное развитие, включенность России в процессы информатизации и глобализации требуют уделенная большего внимания вопросам адаптации систем управления персоналом к характеру изменений социально-экономической и культурной сфер жизнедеятельности общества, отражающихся на условиях и целях хозяйствования экономических субъектов. Это диктует необходимость системного подхода к изучению факторов, определяющих перспективы наиболее полного использования трудовых ресурсов, а также переориентации объективных социально-экономических процессов на развитие кадрового потенциала и повышения эффективности труда.
