ИССЛЕДОВАНИЕ МЕХАНИЗМОВ ИНФОРМАЦИОННЫХ ВОЗДЕЙСТВИЙ НА СИСТЕМУ СРЕДСТВ МАССОВОЙ ИНФОРМАЦИИ

Abstract

The article presents an approach to the description of the system of the media on the Internet as a complex system. The vulnerability of the system is detected and formalized, which consists in using the special little-known sources for the dissemination of targeted information to the expansion of the audience and increase the efficiency of information influence. The developed model takes into account the share of information warfare coverage and diversity, such as the audience, and message source. The implementation of the model allows to reflect the impact of the information with the ability to monitor the effectiveness of actions. The process of conducting information warfare is considered in the context of the interaction of multiple media sources to each other, as well as consumers of information on the Internet. The estimation of the model parameters is realized for the existing russian-language media system information via the Internet. It assesses the impact of the model parameters on the effectiveness of information warfare. Experimental study of the model showed the need for timely identification of information operations to create the conditions for information superiority.

В статье излагается подход к описанию системы средств массовой информации сети Интернет как сложной системы. Обнаружена и формализована уязвимость данной системы, заключающаяся в специальном использовании малоизвестных источников, обеспечивающем распространение целевой информации с расширением аудитории и повышение эффективности информационного воздействия. Разработанная модель информационной борьбы учитывает долю охвата и разнородность как аудитории, так и источников сообщений. Реализация модели позволяет проводить и отражать информационное воздействие с возможностью контроля эффективности действий. Процесс ведения информационной борьбы рассматривается в контексте взаимодействия множества источников средств массовой информации между собой, а также с потребителями информации сети Интернет. Произведена оценка параметров модели для существующей системы русскоязычных средств массовой информации сети Интернет. Оценена степень влияния параметров модели на эффективность информационной борьбы. Экспериментальное исследование модели показало необходимость своевременного выявления информационных операций для создания условий информационного превосходства.
