Современные тенденции в международном рекрутинге персонала

Abstract

Международное управление человеческими ресурсами (МУЧР) является новым и недостаточно разработанным направлением теории менеджмента. Актуальность статьи обусловлена тем, что с проблемой рекрутинга персонала сегодня сталкиваются все глобальные компании. В статье рассматриваются перемещение персонала при заграничных операциях как главный компонент в исследованиях и практике МУЧР, его этапы и категории персонала по признаку принадлежности к стране пребывания, источники привлечения персонала при заграничных перемещениях. Анализ практики МУЧР в американских, японских, европейских и индийских МНК позволил выделить новые тенденции в практике международного рекрутинга. В ходе рассмотрения современных тенденций обеспечения персоналом в международном бизнесе описываются изменения количественных и качественных характеристик командируемых за рубеж сотрудников.

International Management of Human Resource is one of new and less worked out in management theory. The relevance of the article is caused by existing of recruiting problem in each global company nowadays. The article attracts our attention to relocation of staff as to the one of the most essential elements of researches and practice of International Management of Human Resource, it also deals with stages of staff relocation and categories according to country location and sources of stuff attraction to foreign relocations. American, Japanese, European and Indian multinational firms IMHR practice analyses allows to investigate main international recruiting tendencies. While touching actual trends of provision with personnel in international business qualitative and quantitative characteristics changes of stuff in business are analyzed.
