Анализ подходов к антибактериальной терапии нозокомиальной пневмонии

Abstract

Одним из важнейших правил ведения больных с нозокомиальной пневмонией являются обеспечение адекватной антибактериальной терапии и сокращение нерационального применения антибиотиков у этой категории пациентов. В данной статье показано, что неадекватный выбор стартового режима антибактериальной терапии неблагоприятно влияет на показатели летальности у больных с нозокомиальной пневмонией. Предложенная тактика деэскалационной терапии в клинических исследованиях доказывает возможность снижения уровня летальности у пациентов с нозокомиальной пневмонией в 2,5 раза по сравнению с другими режимами антимикробной терапии.

One of the most important rules of conduct patients with nosocomial pneumonia is provision adequate antimicrobial regimens and reduction of irrational using the antibiotics at data categories of patients. In given article is shown that inadequate choice of start antimicrobial regimens is disadvantage influences upon factors mortality rates at patients of nosocomial pneumonia. Offered tactics of deescalated therapy in clinical researches proves the possibility of reduction of mortality rates at patients with nosocomial pneumonia in 2,5 times in contrast with other antimicrobial regimens.
