Abstract

The electrochemical machining (ECM) is based on the various simultaneous interacting processes: chemical, thermal, electrical ones, masstransfer processes and others. The application of principles of synergetics allowed coordinating the process control on the basis of order parameter of anode current density related to with the hygrodynamics and composition of the electrolyte, electrode voltage and others properties of ECM. The realization of synergetics principles is carried out on the basis of use of bipolar electrode, which functions as the self-controlled mechanism.
