Новые подходы к ранней метафилактике уролитиаза

Abstract

Наряду с появлением новых высокотехнологичных малоинвазивных методик лечения мочекаменной болезни вопросы профилактики рецидива заболевания остаются в настоящее время не в полной мере разработанными. Отсутствие четких рекомедаций по метафилактике мочекаменй болезни сводит на нет результаты проводимых оперативных вмешательств и дорогостоящих методик. Существует множество подходов к противорецидивному лечению, одним из которых является применение фитопрепаратов. В статье показана эффективность препарата Пролит-септо в реабилитации больных с мочекаменной болезнью после выполнения дистанционной ударно-волновой литотрипсии (ДУВЛ).

Along with new high tech minimally invasive methods of urolithiasis treatment the questions of relapse prevention remain insufficiently developed. Absence of strict recommendations for urolithiasis metaphylaxis mocks the results of surgery and expensive methods. There are many approaches for antirecurrent treatment, one of which is the use of various herbal medicines. The article shows the effectiveness of the drug Prolite septo for urolithiasis metaphylaxis, and its application to litholytic therapy after ESWL.
