Модели и методыобработки информации при управлении связями с alumni-ассоциацией

Abstract

В статье показано, что Alumni-ассоциации (АА) могут быть дополнительными источниками нескольких ресурсов, способствующих повышению эффективности управления организацией. Выявлено, что анкетирование членов АА как инструментарий опроса может быть успешно применено для получения важной и актуальной информации. Приведена краткая классификация способов сбора и обработки информации на основе статистического анализа и интеллектуальной обработки знаний для создания базы знаний системы поддержки принятия решений (СППР) при управлении связями с Alumni-ассоциацией

The paper shows that Alumni-Associations (AA) could be additional sources of several resources that might increase the organization governance effectiveness. Authors strongly suggested that survey of AA members could be successfully used as a tool to obtain an important and relevant information. The article gives a brief classification of information methods based on Statistical analysis and intellectual processing for the database implementation of the decision support system (DSS) in the management of relations with the AA
