Abstract

Развитие российской экономики по инновационному пути актуализирует проблему подготовки управленческих кадров. В связи с этим актуальной для педагогической науки становится задача подготовки менеджеров, обладающих высоким уровнем профессиональной культуры. Для этого автор предлагает использовать ресурсы междисциплинарной интеграции. Исследование проблемы формирования профессиональной культуры будущих менеджеров на основе междисциплинарной интеграции включает и упорядочивание ее понятийно-терминологического поля. В рамках статьи автор уточняет основные категории и дает собственное определение некоторых понятий.

Innovative way of the Russian economy development makes a problem of the management personnel education relevant. Thereupon educational science states a task of training managers with a high level of professional culture. For this purpose the author suggests using resources of the interdisciplinary integration. The research of the future managers’ professional culture formation on the interdisciplinary integration basis includes regulating of its conceptual and categorial field. Within the article the author defines more precisely principle categories and gives her own definition of some conceptions.
