В современных условиях развития национальной экономики России модернизация всей экономики разом невозможна. Необходимо определить прорывные отрасли и основные звенья, способные выступать в качестве локомотива для остальных отраслей. Строительство является одной из таких отраслей. В результате использования системного подхода, методов коэффициентного и факторного анализа, сравнения и обобщения в настоящей работе были определены наиболее эффективные подходы к совершенствованию инвестиционно-строительной деятельности. Сделан вывод о том, что в условиях инновационного развития необходима целевая фокусировка инвестиционно-строительной деятельности, позволяющая осуществлять системный форсаж инновационных преобразований.

Under current conditions of Russian national economic development there are no possibilities to modernize the economy at once. It is necessary to identify leap-ahead sectors and principle units that are able to promote all the rest. Building is one of such sectors. Using a systematic approach, methods of coefficient and factor analysis, methods of comparison and generalization the author defines the most efficient ways of improving investment and building activity. The article concludes that in terms of innovation development there is a need for target focusing of investment and building activity that could force necessary reorganizations far and wide.
