Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the professional competence phenomenon and its formation management. The author made an attempt to systematize approaches to determination of the concepts of human, intellectual, cultural capital as structure constituents of specialists professional competence in modern organizations.

Статья посвящена анализу феномена профессиональной компетентности и управлению его формированием. Автор сделал попытку систематизировать подходы к определению понятий человеческого, интеллектуального, культурного капитала как составляющих структуру профессиональной компетентности специалиста современной организации.
