Abstract

The article explores the essence and principles of the democratic transformations in the Omsk countryside during the period of Khrustchev's thaw in 1953 — 1954 yy. The economic and ideological platform of transformations are characterized. The article states that in the Khrustchev's period the existing principles implementation of democratic transformation depended not as much on the discretions of the command administrative system itself but on the socio-economic and cultural conditions of its functioning. The article points that the democratization of economic had an explicitly controversial character.

В статье рассматриваются сущность и принципы демократических преобразований в омской деревне в период хрущевской «оттепели» 1953—1954 гг. Характеризуется идеологическая и хозяйственная платформы преобразований. Констатируется, что в хрущевский период сформировавшиеся принципы демократических преобразований в деревне могли реализоваться настолько, насколько позволяла не столько собственно командно-административная система, а условия ее социально-экономического и культурного функционирования. Указывается, что демократизация хозяйственных преобразований носила ярко выраженный противоречивый характер.
