Abstract

В статье рассматривается вопрос разработки теоретической концепции оценки и повышения операционной эффективности системы менеджмента качества (СМК) промышленного предприятия. Указываются такие существенные элементы данной концепции, как системное исследование эволюционного развития оценки эффективности СМК предприятий; разработка понятия «операционная эффективность СМК»; формирование и обоснование требований к операционной эффективности СМК; разработка технических приемов оценки и повышения операционной эффективности СМК предприятия.
