The article is devoted to the analysis of the transformation period in the Mongolian society which is characterized by instability in politics, economy and the social sphere. Due to the complex of the negative factors, accruing in the Mongolian society the most crisis stages of the transformation process are defined as the turbulent ones. Transitional Mongolian society passed though a number of the crisis periods which can be noted as the turbulence zones. Turbulent times can be caused either by internal or external reasons. The internal reasons or factors have the institutional (politics, right, economy, social sphere) and natural (demographic and climatic) nature.
