Abstract

В рецензии проанализировано учебное издание «Курс основ антикоррупционного права», подготовленное Сурковым Константином Викторовичем, доктором юридических наук, Заслуженным юристом России, профессором кафедры уголовного права и уголовного процесса ФГБОУ ВПО «Забайкальский государственный университет», заместителем председателя Комитета Совета Федерации Федерального Собрания РФ. Рукопись учебного издания в 3-х частях. Часть 1 посвящена актуальной и значимой проблеме учебной дисциплины антикоррупционного права.

The review analyzed the textbook «Fundamentals of anti-corruption law», prepared by Surkov Konstantin Viktorovich, doctor of law, honoured lawyer of Russia, Professor of criminal law and criminal process of Transbaikal State University,Deputy Chairman of Committee of Council of Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation. The manuscript of academic publications in 3 parts. Part 1 is devoted to the urgent and important problem the discipline of the anti-corruption law.
