Abstract

В статье автором предпринята попытка на основе анализа кризисных явлений и их последствий сформировать основные принципы и параметры оптимизационной динамической модели институциональной государственной системы антикризисного управления в условиях цикличности развития экономики, которая отвечает требованиям основных закономерностей циклического развития и представляет собой определенную форму синтеза (субординации и координации) доминирующих и рецессивных процессов и признаков с помощью соответствующих институтов.In the article the author has a try to form basic principles and characteristics of the optimization of dynamic model of crisis management institutional national system in the cyclic economic development settled on causes and consequences of crisis analysis. This system satisfies a cycle development and represents a synthesis (subordination and coordination) of dominant and recessive traits and processes with the relevant institutions.
