Формирование региональной системы развития квалификаций

Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу актуальных проблем качественной подготовки выпускников профессиональных учебных заведений всех уровней образования, их соответствия современным требованиям технологий, производства, экономики региона и России. Раскрывается сущность национальной системы развития квалификаций как инструмента построения качественного кадрового резерва экономики региона. Исследуются основные противоречия, характеризующие современное состояние профессионального образования в Свердловской области.
