Развитие мясного скотоводства в Оренбургской области

Abstract

The present-day situation and prospects of beef cattle breeding development in the Orenburg region are considered in the article. The conditions and potentials for beef cattle breeding and increase of cattle population as well as the volumes of meat products output have been evaluated. The forms of State support and investments attraction into the industry are indicated. The negative dynamics of cattle populations of specialized beef cattle breeds having been developed for the last three years in the sector of large farm enterprises of the region has been revealed. The rating of subjects of the Russian Federation based on the maximum population of cattle of specialized beef breeds has been assessed. The suggestions directed to stimulate the increase of beef cattle population at livestock enterprises specialized at raising improved beef breeds are made.

В статье рассмотрены состояние и перспективы развития мясного скотоводства в Оренбургской области, оценены условия и возможности для разведения мясных пород крупного рогатого скота, наращивания поголовья и объёмов производства продукции мясного скотоводства. Обозначены формы государственной поддержки и привлечения инвестиций в отрасль. Выявлена сложившаяся в последние три года отрицательная динамика численности поголовья скота специализированных мясных пород в секторе крупных сельскохозяйственных предприятий области. Выстроен рейтинг субъектов Российской Федерации по максимальной численности скота специализированных мясных пород. Даны предложения, направленные на стимулирование предприятий, имеющих специализированный мясной скот, к наращиванию его поголовья.
