Abstract

The state of marriage of Russian population at the turn of XIX-XX centuries is studied in article. Age-sex composition of married men and twomen in different regions and provinces of the country is given in article. The factors that influenced the «aging» of marriageable brides and grooms, remarring are analyzed in the article. The statistics of divorces is also given in the article

Изучается состояние брачности населения России на рубеже XIX-XX вв. Приводится возрастно-половой состав вступивших в брак мужчин и женщин в разных районах и губерниях страны. Анализируются факторы, влиявшие на «постарение» брачного возраста женихов и невест, на повторные браки. Приведена статистика разводов
