Abstract

The article deals with lexical and semantic characteristics of a German company action report as an economic text. Representing the features of the special and vocational language, an action report text reveals relatively high speciality degree. This characteristic fi nds its expression on the lexical and semantic level and fi rst of all in the specifi c terminology. This work represents the results of the terminological analysis of action report texts.
