Ближайшие результаты реваскуляризирующих операций при синдроме церебральной ишемии на фоне каротидного атеросклероза

Abstract

В статье представлены результаты проведения реваскуляризирующих операций 32 пациентам методами каротидной эндартерэктомии и каротидной ангиопластики со стентированием. После ангиостентирования были случаи гематомы в месте введения интрадьюссера, после каротидной эндартерэктомии случаи кровотечения, гематомы шеи, повреждения возвратного гортанного нерва. Положительный клинический эффект достигнут у всех оперированных больных. Неврологический дефицит сохранился у 12% пациентов с критическим стенозом обеих ВСА, распространенным атеросклеротическим процессом, остаточными явлениями перенесенных ишемических инсультов в обоих полушариях.
