Проблемы назначения уголовного наказания в виде штрафа по делам о взяточничестве

Abstract

In the article the author expresses the view of the problematic character of criminal penalty execution by a fine imposed upon a sentence for bribery. Difficulty may arise for the court in determining the multi-million fine. Options for problem resolution from the procedural features point of view in the stage of execution of a sentence in a criminal case have been proposed.

Автором высказывается мнение о проблематичности исполнения уголовного наказание в виде штрафа, вынесенного по приговору по делам о взяточничестве. Сложность может возникнуть при определении судом многомиллионного штрафа. Предложены варианты разрешения такой проблемы с точки зрения процессуальных особенностей в стадии исполнения приговора по уголовному делу.
