In the end of the XX th century the rate of spread of terrorism have gone beyond the national (domestic) and regional boundaries. Violence, using a variety of acts of terrorism as a method of political resistance with opponents, in many aspects is explained by the underdevelopment of the modern legal framework to combat this phenomenon. In these conditions, the interaction between Russia and Canada within the framework multilateral efforts in the fight against international terrorism is of considerable interest.
