ТЕХНОЛОГИЧЕСКАЯ СТОЙКОСТЬ И НАЧАЛЬНАЯ МОЩНОСТЬ ПРИ ОБРАБОТКЕ ЛАМИНИРОВАННЫХ ДРЕВЕСНОСТРУЖЕЧНЫХ ПЛИТ (ДСТП) ПИЛАМИ С ПЛОСКО-ТРАПЕЦИЕВИДНЫМ ПРОФИЛЕМ ЗУБЬЕВ

Abstract

В статье приведены результаты исследований влияния основных технологических факторов на качество обработки, технологическую стойкость режущего инструмента и мощность, потребляемую при раскрое ламинированных древесностружечных плит твердосплавными дисковыми пилами с плоско-трапециевидным профилем зубьев. Впервые получены математические модели, позволяющие устанавливать величины переменных технологических факторов, обеспечивающих максимальную технологическую стойкость твердосплавных пил с плоско-трапециевидным профилем зубьев.In paper results of experimental researches of basic technology factors such as feed on tooth, out of saw and speed of cutting influence on quality of processing and power capacity are considered at machining laminated chipboard plates by hard-face alloy circular saws. For the first time mathematical models in the form of the second order equation are received, allowing to establish value of main technological parameters at sawing laminated chipboards and cutting power consumption. The analysis of the received mathematical dependences is made.
