Оценка конкурентоспособности предприятия с использованием моделей бизнес-стратегии

Abstract

The paper analyzes the effectiveness of the matrix assessment methodologies of enterprise competitiveness General Electric/McKinsey and SPACE in the Russian context. Using these matrices evaluated competitiveness of Perm plant silicate panels. Today PZSP is a manufacturer of materials for the construction industry and the developer Kama. SPACE matrix techniques and GE/McKinsey allow to evaluate the competitiveness of the company, determine the strategy of the company. Matrix-SPACE allowed to define the strategy of the company as a whole, and the matrix GE/McKinsey define a strategy of the company. The comparison matrix strategies General Electric/McKinsey and SPACE. The authors conclude that the use of the same strategies for different types of business and for the company as a whole may lead to the selection of the wrong strategy for some of them and slowing the development of these businesses. This will lead to a deterioration of the competitive position of the company as a whole.

Статья посвящена анализу эффективности применения в российских условиях таких матричных методик оценки конкурентоспособности предприятия как General Electric/McKinsey и SPACE. С помощью указанных матриц проведена оценка конкурентоспособности ОАО Пермский завод силикатных панелей производителя материалов для строительной отрасли Прикамья и крупного застройщиком. Методики SPACE и GE/McKinsey позволяют оценить конкурентоспособность предприятия, определить стратегию компании. Матрица-SPACE позволила определить стратегию компании в целом, а матрица GE/McKinsey стратегию направлений компании. Приведено сопоставление стратегий матриц GE/McKinsey и SPACE. Авторы приходят к выводу, что применение одинаковой стратегии для различных видов бизнеса и в целом для предприятия может привести к выбору неправильной стратегии для отдельных из них и снижение темпов развития как этих видов бизнеса, так и предприятия в целом.
