The article focuses on the state of the market for commercial real estate in Moscow. Using regression and correlation analysis the authors describe the impact produced by the most important financial and economic factors (cost of the barrel of oil, correlations of currency exchange rates, level of inflation, etc.) upon the major parameters of the market.

В статье проведен анализ состояния рынка торговой недвижимости Москвы и с помощью инструментов регрессионно-корреляционного анализа выявлено влияние на основные параметры рынка важнейших финансово-экономических факторов: стоимости барреля нефти, соотношения курсов валют, уровня инфляции и др.
