The methodological aspect of the company functional financial strategy development and realization which priorities are investments into innovations is considered in the article. Recommendations on the modeling method use in the formation of the managerial process uniform contour, including the recommendation on the management financial model development are presented.

В статье рассмотрен методический аспект разработки и реализации функциональной финансовой стратегии компании, приоритетами которой являются инвестиции в инновации. Представлены рекомендации по использованию методов моделирования в формировании единого контура управленческого процесса, в том числе по разработке финансовой модели управления.
