Abstract

In the work carried out correlation analysis of the dependence between the number of persons in respect of which: 1) have been cancelled acquittal; 2) have been cancelled convictions; 3) have changed the verdicts and decisions; 4) was changed qualification of a crime; 5) was amended by the offences with lower penalties, from the number of persons in respect of whom Judicial Board on criminal cases in cassation criminal cases were considered.

Проведен корреляционный анализ зависимости между количеством лиц, в отношении которых: 1) были отменены оправдательные приговоры; 2) отменены обвинительные приговоры; 3) изменены приговоры и постановления; 4) изменена квалификация преступления; 5) изменена квалификация преступления со снижением меры наказания, и количеством лиц, в отношении которых судебной коллегией по уголовным делам в кассационном порядке были рассмотрены уголовные дела.
