Методические положения разработки Правил ЕЭК ООН, как элемент управления рисками в автотранспортных системах

Abstract

В статье анализируются технические и правовые аспекты проблемы разработки международных документов, устанавливающих требования безопасности к колесным транспортным средствам. Подробно рассмотрены практика и подходы к определению области распространения Правил ЕЭК ООН, прилагаемых к Женевскому соглашению 1958 года. Представлены методические положения разработки Правил ЕЭК ООН, как элемент управления рисками в автотранспортных системах, вошедшие в международные документы.
